RockSTR is a group of separate legal entities operating in hospitality across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Rock Short Term Rental PT PMA, registered in Bali, Indonesia, is the entity that provides the advisory services described on this website and the entity with which any engagement under rockstr.info is concluded.
Rock Short Term Rental GmbH (HRB 46585, Aurich, Germany) operates hospitality properties in Germany under the RockSTR name — www.rockstr.de. It is a legally separate company and is not a party to agreements concluded through this website. Enquiries relating to German property operations belong to that company, not to this one.
Where this website refers to properties “we operate”, that refers to the RockSTR group of companies collectively. It describes operational experience, not a single balance sheet.
Dispute resolution
We are not obliged to participate in, and do not participate in, dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our services are directed at businesses, property owners and investors, not at consumers.
