Before you ask.

What happens on the call?

We ask about the asset: size, market, current occupancy and rate, what systems you run, what has already been tried and what is bothering you most. Then we tell you whether there is likely a gap worth closing, roughly what an audit would cost for your property, and whether we are the right firm. Twenty minutes, no deck.

Is it really free?

Yes, and there is no follow-up sequence attached to it. If the fit is not there we will say so on the call and you will not hear from us again unless you ask.

What should I have ready?

Nothing mandatory. It is a better conversation if you know your last twelve months’ occupancy and ADR, roughly what your GOP margin is, and which systems you run — but if you do not, that is itself a useful thing for us to know.

Which timezone do you work in?

The team covers European and Southeast Asian hours. Tell us your city when you write and we will offer times that are civilised for you rather than for us.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before any data changes hands, and as a matter of course for anything discussed on an initial call. Ask and we will send ours, or we will sign yours.
